Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

'RDM' stands for 'Random Deathmatch' and is a rule implemented to try and stop realistic gamemodes such as DarkRP from turning into all out deathmatch. People who violate the rule are often issued with a warning and repeat offenders often get a ban. RDM occurs when a player kills another player for no reason whatsoever, or for a reason which is not deemed good enough. Let make a scenario, lets say there two fine players, One called Billy the other is called Bob. Unfortunately Bob said something nasty to billy. Billy got very angry and shot him, this is RDM because you can not kill someone if they are being nasty to you. This will lead to a warning.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

'NLR' stands for 'new life rule'. It's implemented to add the realism to darkRP. This rule states that when a player dies in anyway you are forbidding to go back to the area for 3 minutes. Let make a scenario, Billy goes on a raid trip and sees bob's base. luckily Bob killed Billy but Billy came back under 3 minutes. This is not aloud and will lead to a warning.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

'Metagaming' is when you saying something in character in /OOC. Lets make a scenario, Billy was a mayor but he was getting kidnapped! So he writes in /OOC 'Help im getting kidnapped!' This is metagaming and will lead to a warning.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
As you know this not my first time applying for mod, Unfortunately I was not accepted because I did not understand the rules that well. So I started studying the rules really hard by checking the MOTD(message of the day) all the time. I always try to be nice as possible I started recording so I could stop those rule breakers. I really try to not get warned I've been friendly to all the staff I see. I just want to help those who need the help and stop the rule breakers. I would like a chance to help the server, I also know the commands well. I come on ever day I don't abuse with the jobs I love to help new players Thank you for reading this and I hope you give me a chance. Please write in the comment section what i should improve it will really help me!

This guy shouldn't be mod. he doesn't know the rules very well and has been warned a few times. He also talks on mic sometimes and there is NO WAY he is 15. He must be 12 at the oldest. Finally, looking at his application, he has copied a lot of it off other apps and hasn't done much himself.

I agree with most of Lolcat's post, but in addition, I think that he is very much a rulebreaker himself. I have seen him commonly micspam, and sometimes when I am police I raid his base and he breaks NLR ALL OF THE TIME.

Hello Hopking, I believe that, although (in the past), you did break a few rules, but within the last few weeks, you've changed yourself around. Also, Lolcat30k... you're saying, just because he does not have a very deep voice, he cannot be 15? Please understand that you can be any age and have a different pitch, creating two accounts, going against Hopking is very... unprofessional, and immature.

Hopking, your application is quite good (even though I hate colours in applications, they make the app very unserious IMO). I also don't remember having any trouble with you and your playtime is quite decent. You should come on TS3 more often though, because nobody really knows you (or it's just me).
