Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match is when one person kills another person accidentally or not accidentally without a sufficient reason that would explain it to the admin or the person who you killed. Example: I spawn in the spawn area, go outside and a mutant knifes me to death, in that case my actions would be to warn him for RDM and tell him to read the mutant rules. Example 2: I'm walking around (outside) someones base and he decides to shoot me from inside the base, because he thought I was raiding, my actions in such situation would be : Warn the person for RDM and explain to him that raiding is considered only when you cross the door.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
Most commonly broken rule by new players, NLR is when someone get's killed and then immediately comes back to the place to revenge kill or save his stuff (if he's getting raided). Example 1: I am raiding someone, I kill him in the process and he immediately comes back to kill me or to save his printers (usually both), my actions in such situation would be 1st to warn him for NLR, if he continues to do it I would warn him the 2nd time OR freeze him until his NLR ends (or jail him).

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is a very common broken rule as well, but a lot of people tend to slip it through the eyes, it involves someone using IC information OOC, example 1: Two people are talking in OOC about IC things i.e. "Lets meet at the hospital", my actions in such situation would be 1st verbally warn him, if he continues to do it, I would give him a warning.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words):
I have a few reasons as to why I should be a mod.:
1. My server activity is very high.
2. A lot of time I get into situations where I see rule breaker's and I can't do anything about it, same goes for situations when there is literally 1, 2 or NONE admins/mods on the server at all, and I can't do anything about it, also same goes for situations where all admins are busy.
3. I have made some rule mistakes in the past, but they are minor and really do not affect my judgment on rule-breakers.
4. This servers community is very friendly, I have made a lot of friends with normal players, as well with admins and moderators
5. A few admins and moderators suggested that I should apply for moderator (and maybe who knows in the future maybe an admin?)
6. I like helping players.
7. I was an admin previously on a server which got shutdown (I didn't leave it ) so I'm loyal to the server and I have experience to handling these things.
8. This is my favorite server, 95% of the time I play only on it.
9. I was actually surprised when I got denied last time with no normal explanation and then all the time I kept seeing the server with 1 or no mods/admins online, which got me angry and it looked like the ZARP doesn't need staff to clean their servers of minges, so here I am applying again this time hoping to be a mod. If I'll be denied this time, I'll stop making app's, if ZARP doesn't need active staff so be it. (Last time)
10. My goals on this server are to become the richest player, an possibly an admin, and I'm trying to achieve them
11. 2 Weeks have passed since my previous mod app, I gained some new experience, a lot more game time, learned the rules better, stopped being angry at Mr. Whatshisface.

Great Guy, I think that he would make a great Moderator due to his knowledge and dedication to DARKRP etc...+SUPPORT

You could've been more clear, and said when you cross the KOS line, or the door.
It would've been a good idea to explain what he did wrong, and NLR to him, if you're just going to warn him, he's not going to learn anything.
Your metagaming part is good, but whenever you verbal warn someone, don't forget to explain what metagaming is.
Make a F1, if you can't do anything about it.
You cant apply for admin.
There's alot of mods and admins on daily, atleast that's what I see whenever I'm on, if you played at night, then I can understand there are less mods or admins.
You can say it's your last time, but please don't make it sound like : last time, give me mod now!!!

I personally don't have a problem with you and you seem very active.
You also made an awesome base!
But I have talked to a few people and they keep on saying the same thing that you lose you cool quickly and what nameful showed disappointed me I would give you a +support because I personally believe that you seem fine but I also believe that to be come a mod you MUST keep your cool and you SHOULD get along with the rest of the staff and if you cant do that it will just fail so seeing as I'm a team player and the team has problems with you I'm going to have to - SUPPORT' sorry and good luck with your application

Thank you for all your replies guys, I am trying to avoid conflicts with mods/admins for the past weeks now, I know that my behavior isn't the best sometimes, but that just might be because of my personal problems, I'll try to improve on my emotions,
but like most people I'm just looking for justice.


Nameful, what I told you in steam chat was just expressing what I think about you personally, posting it here is completely irrelevant, by the way why don't you post the other half of the chat?
