Explain "Random death match" and give an example scenario:

RDA (Random death match) Is a common "hazard" in many gamemodes. It is when a person is killed by another person in the server for no reason what so ever or an invalid reason.
For example A Civilian called Ted is walking along minding his own business when all of a sudden a Gangsta called Bob shoots him because of a soul reason that it was "fun".
I will quickly also expand on "invalid reason" (list below)
Dislike of certain player.
Player took the law into his own hands.
Revenge for previous arrest.
Random act of violence
Job description does not entitle Player 1 to kill player 2
Etc etc..

Explain "New life rule" and give an example and scenario.

The New life rule (NLR) is activated when a player is killed. This player has 3 minutes and within that time he can NOT return to a place of his death (unless an admin allows it for special reasons).
The Reason for NLR is because in real life if you die and say, are reincarnated (theoretically speaking) You remember nothing of your past life therefore you could not know that you just got raided.
This Rule also allows the raider to have more time to complete the raid, because lets be honest, you are cracking a keypad to a safe and it already took you a minute to get in, by the time the person you have raided has returned he will shoot you in the back.
For example:
Player 1 has just been raided and killed in the process. As he is killed the NLR timer begins but he is so desperate to return to his house/base and get revenge that he ignores the NLR and tries to stop the raiders from taking his stuff.
In doing so he gives no chance for the Raiders to take anything and prevents him from loosing anything.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example and scenario.

Metagaming is where a player on the server types in OCC (out of character) or uses ADVERT to communicate with the server telling them of a situation.
Now in real life I can just yell out to the whole world and say "YO, I'm being robbed help me"
I would also not let the whole world know I would dial 911.
For example:
Player one types in OCC and says "Every police officer help me I'm in trouble"
OR
Player one types in ADVERT and says "Admin help me RDA!"
A player can only use advert if he is advertising his job and is promoting HIS product.
A player can only use OCC (OUT OF CHARACTER) for anything none related to current RP events happening in on the server at that moment. (there is a bit of a thin line at times)

Why I should be Chosen?

Well, it's simple really and here's why....
I have grown tired of rule breakers.
I have grown a close bond with this server and I want to see it succeed and not fail.
I have learnt from my mistakes on this server and seen how it effects players that just want to enjoy the game.
I am fair.
I listen but I wont be fooled.
I will hear each side of the story before jumping to conclusions.
I will seek for the truth and request proof.
I will make sure no trolls go out of control.
I will deal with each f1 with patients and efficiency.
I will not ignore any f1 no matter how silly or small.
I am not wanting to be a moderator for my benefit but for the servers benefit.
I have already donated but for me it just isn't enough I would like to help in any way possible.
So please accept my application and I PROMISE you will not be disappointed.

I'd rather see less colors in the application, it looks like a drawingbook at the moment,
and I think you want to give off a professional signal in your application, see it as if you were sending a letter to a company you want to work for! Keep it at a professional level. Your current application is unpleasent to read due to the colors. Anyways... to the verdict!

I liked:
