Random Deathmatch (RDM) is
when a player kills 1 or more people without a valid reason or an rp reason behind it. For example a player is walking around doing nothing to harm you or our not even acknowledging you but you kill them careless and think you should shoot some more people for fun this would be faced with a warn/kick or even a ban it depends on the severity of the RDM. If you are a mugger and shout give me all your money to them and they run off or don't do as you say then you have a reason to kill them and it wouldn't be an RDM. Or an RDM scenario if someone enters your house/shop and you haven't CLEARLY marked ENTER = KOS with the text tool and you just kill them for entering while your building or doing something in there. Or I am walking along minding my own business and a player comes up to me and shots me then runs away.

New Life Rule (NLR) is
when a player is killed and then NLR comes in to play after the player has been killed he has to forget the passed memories and is to not return to the scene of death until the NLR timer is up this prevents Revenge Kill which is also breaking the rules of NLR. This is used for RolePlay and if NLR is broken it is classed as fail RolePlay too. The punishment can be a Warn/Kick/Ban again depending on the severity.

MetaGaming is
when a team/group of players use a 3rd party program to communicate or they use OCC to communicate about things happening in-game/ in-game events. This can also be defined as "Ghosting" on ZARP it is limited to strictly the OOC so you can use 3rd party programs to communicate. The rule has been placed to stop other players from gaining an advantage over ZARP gameplay because other players won't know where the player is or what they are doing. For example someone is selling something and announces it using // Come to my shop! when is should correctly be announced buy using /advert Come To My Shop! Or another example is someone is raiding a players house and the player tells his friend come and help me I'm being raided.

Why I should be chosen

so way i should be chosen. because i got the most Playing time on the server recording to GameTracker.com #1.
i join the zarp server like 1-2 Month. i saw a lots of rules Breaking infront of me,i Break some rules when i join to the server for the first time. T!WX warn me Like 2 times but that was a long time ago.
now i know the rules very well.
i know that in the last few days a lots of player promoted to a mod. but still the problem not fixed. we just need mods from a different Time zone, like me.

most of the time when i joined the server i don't find any mods and admins

i don't take any action unless i see a proof or if he admit it

So this is not your first application, and after it was denied you waited one week without getting any warnings, which you conducted. I don't have a problem with you as a person, however i do have a problem with your application.

Don't get me wrong, but i belive that if you'd put some more effort into this, it could've been way better.

Since you're arabic, you've helped me transelate a few times, which was very helpful. You're from a diffrent timezone aswell, and we may be in need for Moderators in this timezone.

Despite all of this, you seem helpful to people, and with the right mentoring, you could make a great moderator.

i7moody009, I think you're a good guy, and I think that you should be a Moderator because you are active, i've seen you many times and although you may not remember me, I've helped you with a few f1 submissions and you cooperated well despite your disadvantage in the English language.

You know the rules and you're a nice player, it'd be good to have you on the team.

I really don't understand why he hasn't been placed as staff yet. He is ultra active and is always on. He role-plays lots of jobs which is key to a good role-player. Minus Supporting on someones is a very poor excuse in my opinion. Relate to the person he is, how he can speak to people, how he can take applications.
