I am currently 14 years old.

Approximately 50 hours.

~DarkRP Related~

Random Death Match or RDM is when a player kills another player without any RP reason.
An example would be when a citizen is at spawn minding his own business and a gangster randomly kills him without any roleplay reason.

The New Life Rule or also known as NLR is when you die and you can't go back to your previous position for 3 minutes or more.
Your character forgets his previous life so he doesn't know who killed him and where his previous location was.
An example would be when a thief kills someone during a raid but the person wants to go back to save his printers and kill the thief when it hasn't been 3 minutes.
In this case the person would be breaking the NLR or New Life Rule.

Metagaming is when someone uses OOC (Out Of Character) to tell people something information or use information for something that could be used in character.
An example would be when you're being raided and you try to get help from people by using OOC to say something like "I'm being raided at the appartement next to the gunshop at spawn please get weapons
and kill the raiders!"

The main reason would be cause I want to help out the community. I have gained maturity and self respect in the last few months. I do my best to help out as much as I can. I'm a friendly person and I'll be as patient as possible if players have an issue that they need to solve. If I came across a situation in which I had to make a decision involving warning someone, I would first investigate and ensure that justice is served accurately instead of handing out the warning without much thought (as this could lead to someone paying for another persons crime). Being a ZARP moderator isn't just telling people "You do this. You did that, now you do this.". Being a moderator isn't just "Oh haha I have a higher rank than you so go fuck yourself now.". Being a moderator isn't even "Lawl, !noclip. Fun fun fun." The job of a moderator isn't just to discipline. The job of a moderator is to push ZARP to it's limits. Not to push it backwards, but to pull it forwards. Disciplining those that damange the game is important, but that's not the role of a moderator. It's to help in the community, in every way. I try to be as active as possible and help out people by answering all of the questions they have. Being a moderator would give me a bigger chance to help every single person that requests it and warn the players who try to damage the server. A few will know me as the one that makes bad jokes and occasionally makes you laugh, and a few will think of me as a terrible troll who talks too much. Whatever you think, I assure you that if I am given this position, I will not disappoint. I give respect to everyone as persons, I may not like some attitudes but be sure you will always have my respect for whatever you choice will be. Another reason why I think I should become a moderator is because I have the experience, the motivation and the time. I don't have exams this year and almost no homework so there's no excuse to go inactive for any reason.

Personally I don't think pictures should be directly included in an application, like you did with the subjects I think the only pictures that should come across applications should be proof of experience even then I personally would only include the URL's and not the pictures them selfs directly... It makes it look more unprofessional.. Anyways with that said lets get to the feedback.

I've done some F1's from you, you always put up a good description of the problem and take your time to explain this, I like this in a person, taking time into something so the message is clear.
Further I've seen you in action on OOC answering questions from players, and it showed you clearly know the rules and how to bring this to players so they understand this too.

So my overall verdict is:
+ positive

He showed me hes up for the job, and I'd love to work with him in the future.

Tried to be creative, but I have to agree that all the pictures aren't needed.

Today I saw Snupe building a keypad fading door in the prison which I gave him a verbal warning for, but he's overall a very good player. He always makes F1s and is always pollite to everyone else. Yeah, I am sorry for this. I deleted all the props when you told me it was not allowed. I will make sure you see me on the TeamSpeak more.
