First off I would like to say that I created this guide because I have noticed a lack of people following some guidelines.

General Guidelines
1. When replying on a players moderator application remember to explain the reason you are giving either a - Support, +Support or a Neutral
2. You should give a neutral when you think a player needs to improve on something first. If you were just to say "I don't know you so Neutral then you don't really need to post that at all.
3. Do not base your opinion on how they play on another server. For example players may think that I am a good DarkRP admin so they say +Support on my prophunt application although I have never actually played the gamemode.
4. Don't always let others influence your decision, if a player has many +Supports and you think they break rules don't be afraid to speak up.

Giving +Support
1. Give a +Support only if you believe they are active , they are a good player, they follow the rules and other reasons.
2. Don't give a +Support just because they are your friend, if you believe something is wrong with their application or how they act in game speak up.

Giving a -Support
1. Only give a -Support if you believe they break too many rules, they have issues in their application or they are not moderator material. Be sure to include your reasoning in your post.
2. Do not give a -Support simply because you dislike someone. For example a player dislikes me because he thinks I am annoying although I am very helpful on the server and have done nothing wrong.
3. Do not say -Support for reasons such as "He wanted to demote me." or "He banned me once on another server"
