Xhantium walks down the street sees a citizen shoots him for no reason and goes away. (very common to xhantium )

New Life Rule + Examples
If you are killed you are not premited to go back to the area you died for 3minutes, As NLR applies to you, you become a new person, you forget the past life you had and start a new one.
Examples:
Ratpoppin gets shot by a thief that is raiding his base, right after he spawns he goes back to his base and kills the thief.
Ratpoppin gets mugged and killed he respawns gets a weapon and kills the mugger and says: " thats for killing me" - didn't forget his past life.

Metagame + Examples
Using OOC chat as RP information or using the voice button to see who is nearby.
Examples:
Mister White tells his friend Bannaguy in OOC chat to come to the base located in the warehouse district.
Dan wants to raid a base and to find out how many members are in the base he holds the voice button to see thier names and how many they are.

Why You?
I'm a very responsible man, My years playing DarkRP in FP made me learn a few techniques to handle situations of rule breakers so I can handle any situation, my English is very good, and I'm a dedicated player, I've been helping around lately by teaching a few players some rules and helping the admins get all the props that are "mingy" to get blacklisted (Thanks to Xhantium & Smallville) And I belive I can handle the moderator job pretty well!
