RDM is when a guy kills another for no reason at all, like this one:

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
If you die in a place you have to wait 3min before you go to the same place were you die

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
matagaming is like this:
-hey man that guy has printers(in steam chat)
-nice, lets raid him(in steam chat)


Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I have made one already but i failded badly but now im here to make a new one and this one will be nice.
i love being an admin because i love to help people, even not being an admin i try to help people (if someone notice it on chat) i have puted so mutch time on my life in inglesh so i can be an admin.
i know there are the admins and the mods and stuff but i would like to give a hand.
im a good guy and im perfect to be an admin, im petient, nice, and i like to give justice.
im not saying to accept me just think twice before you denie it.
i like some admins, i know im desrespected some admins(sorry chris) but if you let me be an admin you will se i am a good guy, and nice you will all see im not only good at killing people.
I love this server , i thinks is really cool, nice, the admins are nice to, the players(some not), you make those things whit the players and they win money and thats why i play this server every day and i just want to help making this server even more awsome.

What i want to add:
Beg us to change our verdict just makes it worse, we will not change it because you ask for it, because we stay at our opinions. You have to write/speak english almost clearly. Does not matter if you have an accent or not but your grammar mistakes are just telling me, that you are not the best in english.
