Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death Match is where a player kills another player for an unjustified reason. (When the example rule is broken, that line is highlighted in red.)
RuleBreaker: Hey, Gundealer can I have a gun?
GunDealer: Yeah, but your still a douchebag from what you did earlier.
RuleBreaker kills the GunDealer for insulting him*

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

New Life Rule applies when you die, you must forget everything in that life and you cannot return to around the place you died neither can you get revenge on the person that killed you or react in any manor of what happened in that previous life.
RuleBreaker: Give me your money!
SmallVille already holding a concealed gun fires a round into the RuleBreakers head killing him.*
RuleBreaker gets annoyed and runs straight back to SmallVille and kills him.*

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is where a player says something in OOC(Out of Character) IC(In Character)

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

I should be chosen as a member of the staff team as I am massively experienced in administrating small and large servers, I enjoy helping players to the best of my ability and I will cooperate with the entire staff team. I will go out of my way to help the players on the server enjoy their experience. The Staff team seems quite full currently, but I still think I would be a great addition to the team! I have seen times of which all the currently online staff are busy and I or other players need assistance. I will be active on the server when I can for as long as I can, I would welcome any new player and always enforce the rules, and enforce reading them, I will have no tolerance for general minges that just want to get banned, but will introduce all the players to the server, I will even go so far as to show them how to set up a fading door with a keypad, how to use each job and various commands to help them along the way. However many players there are, I will try my best to help every single one. I will always have a laugh now and again and find the server extremely fun to play on, this is why I still play it. I will not think myself higher than anyone else (I.E go "I am a higher rank than you, that means i'm right") and will not abuse this rank. Thank you for reading.

This guy is awesome and knows the rules very well. i have to know, because i made a rules quiz with him where he got 4/5 Difficult Questions right! Never saw him getting a warn. Good guy.
