Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. : Random DeathMatch (abbreviated to "RDM") is a term used to denote when a player randomly kills other players without valid reasons. This can vary from situation to situation and are often defined by the servers. EG:Someone running and you kill him for no reason its a RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. : NLR, or the New Life Rule is a common rule used on many Gmod roleplaying servers. It states that each time you begin a new life, you lose all memories of your past experiences. It keeps the flow of the server on a roleplaying level. But, this means if you are RDMed, you'll have to request an admin out of character, and leave the player alone. It wouldn't be any fun if a Gangster killed a CP and they kept going back and forth.EG:If you get kill from someone and you come back in 3 min its called NLR

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). : When I join first time to DarkRp server I see too much rule breaker on server I try call admin and mod but nobody come to help to me and I think Staff is not enough for server.I hope you guys select to me

Although, I like how you explained this, on ZARP we say metagaming is using In-character information in Out-of-character.
A example would be
Michael Evans goes to his friends and says
Hey guys, wanna raid?
The rest says yeah sure
They go and raid someone, and they all died other than Michael.
Michael says in OOC hurry up guys! lets raid him!
This is very low, despite being on FP or anything, the playtime doesn't count there, so it's best to keep playing for a while to get known in the community.
