Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.-
Random death match means when you shoot anyone for any reason or proof
For example:I am innnocent and I just shoot silent for no reason and say that for the last time that will count as Revenge RDM and at the same time RDM

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario.
If the person has T weapon-For example a knife,thumper (or wtf is that...) Silenced pistol
If the person shot someone-If you got shot and still alive and managed to escape you can call KOS on him because he starded shooting you
If the person entered the T room- This one is tricky because if there is multiplie people the T can trick people that someone opened the doors but if there is like only 2 guys and the T doesent see the man behind him the man behind can call KOS on him.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios.
KOSing the T when you are the T yourself
Second example is: An innocent KOSes the detective. You cannot do that because detective is alredy prooven

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
Because I am experienced moderator. I am moderator at the darkRP for about 2-3 months and I can handle the server I woud be active (If I woud not be grounded) I woud kick or ban (if posible) the minges And RDMers. I woud help people if they are new with the gamemode. I woud communicate as mutch as possible in the chat. I woud spectate if needed to prevent anyone from doing anything stupid. I woud suggest many things in the TTT server as possible. I woud inform people with information if they do not know something about the map,server or any other basic questions. If the server woud be down I woud inform any online personel that can fix the server.I woud be active in the forums - or + the moderator applications, host events. I woud help and get myself as mutch friends as possible in the server. Invate as mutch as possible friends and people to the server.

Decent application, but I'm disappointed with your unacceptable KOS section. That's really not what I'm looking for - it asks for examples not definition of when it would be okay to do it randomly.

For some ideas, look at other people's apps but I don't want to see the same names, situations or carbon copies.

Need more opinions.
