Good application, it could use some colour.

Personally I think all these comments about colour are really stupid. Its the writing that we want to see, his ability to understand and deal with situations. Because color really does show a persons ability to moderate...

If I were to point out one thing now, it would merely be that metagaming is only punished for the person that actually communicates the information, utilizing the information is difficult to enforce.

I've seen you ingame, and you've always been the 'Good Samaritan' reporting infringements. Others seem to like your aptitude and knowledge of the rules too.
