Let's get started.
Your application is RUSHED. Your English is no where near "9/10" it would be more like 6.5, no more.
You couldn't even be arsed to decorate the application a little bit. If you can't be bothered doing that, I don't think you'll be bothered helping people on the server.

EDIT: I'm going neutral til you fix some things, let's see if you can find the yourself. You changed to application to make it look nicer.
