He is 13, However he is the most mature 13 year old I've ever met. He acts the age of 15, im not even kidding... Sometimes its annoying. He is a very good Staff member, He's being in the staff of my servers and he is most likely the most hard working (Other than myself) He will do anything, Literately... So, could you please:

Specify the NLR time at ZARP.
Specify that metagaming is giving of IC information in the OOC chat (your description is okay for another game maybe, but darkrp is much simpler
