It's hard to make someone Moderator if their play time is unknown. Couldn't you guess to the amount of time (Near Enough)

Are you saying you have about an hour and 15 minutes in Garry's Mod (unless in holland you guys use a . in 1.286 and not like canadians and americans who use 1,286)? Also you should at least make a guess on the time you have played the server.

One could still have a reason to kill someone but it could still be RDM. For example I have a friend playing on the server, so I kill him just to bug him. That is still RDM. RDM is killing without an RP reason. As well as no example given.

What deoes metagaming mean? Give atleast 1 example situation. like if someone kills you and you saw that they had a money printer before you died. and then you respawn and come back as a cop saying that they have a money printer. which you shouldn't know as you died.

That is definitely not metagaming. What you showed is part of NLR.

Do you have a microphone? (that you use) I have but i dont use it.

It does say "That you use" and before that it says "Requirements for candidating (if any of these are "no" then do not apply)" your answer would bascially fall under the "no" category, so perhaps you should start using it.

First of all i want to help the people. And helping as moderator you you play a good rol!
At ZARP are much rulebreakers and i want to take action.I love to help people and i will respect them and talk to them piecefull.If i'm playing
