No, it's New Life Rule, an example would be : You die, and you cannot go back to the place you died for 3 minutes, you would also forget everything from your past life for 3 minutes.

What deoes metagaming mean? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Meta Gaming means if you die or are getting raided you tell your friend through skype or something where he/she is
:Example: If you die Telling your friend what happend not through the normal chat

Considering we cannot keep track of Skype etc, it would be using IC in OOC, and with that I mean the OOC chat.
Example would be : If you died, and you told your friend you were getting raided for example in the OOC chat.
