If some one to randomly kill me without an explanation (ie: was I in there base?) as to why they killed me, its against the rules.

What deoes metagaming mean? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Metagaming is when you read characters names and or jobs without asking what their job is. Usually this information is above their heads, but since you are roll playing, you need to actually roll play (ex: Hey dude, can you hook me up with some guns? Hey whats your name?)

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
I would ask the player why he NLR'ed, then give him a warning, after 3 warnings I would kick the player from the server. If he comes back and continues to NLR, then I would proceed to ban him.

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
If a player breaks RDM, I would ask him why he RDM'ed, If he cannot give a good ammount of information on to why he RDM'ed, I would kick him. Repeated offences if he were to come back, would be a ban.

I can be online for around 3-4 hours any day of the week except weekends. Im busy on weekends, in some cases, I will have homework on the weekdays therefor I will probably not be online.

Yes I am 16.

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (at least 150 words): To be honest, I want to help the server in any way I can. I like to help others that require assistance and I want to see what there is to a Moderator on a Dark RP ZARP server. Most people like to break the rules and get away with it, I see this happen all around me and I feel powerless to help at all. I always try to stop them but I end up getting RDM'ed by them because I cannot do anything. I know that the server has a lot of RDM'ing problems and NLR problems not to mention the mass amount of duping knife's on the server. I want to stop this and help return the server to what it was, a server that always had its slots filled with players and people who enjoyed playing and instead of hearing them whining and complaining on what happened and nothing is done about it.

Have you had enough community bonding so far? Like what?: I always hang out on the Team Speak server and always talk with fellow friends and people that like to play either Civilizations 5 or Garry's mod, I usually spend a lot of time in the Team Speak to be honest.

Okay, now my opinion on the application/task in hand. It looks nice, the only thing I really don't like is you didn't state an example. NEUTRAL for now.
