It's not good having a moderator application as your first post. Also, you say your current rank is admin? No, it's not. I don't think so.

What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
NLR=New Life Rule.If you being killed by someone and you came back, its NLR.
Or if you were being raided and you killed those fools,and they come back,its nlr!

You haven't mentioned the timer.

when you walk on the street, and someone comes armed at you and kill you is RDM

Not the best example. Could be a hitman or someone chasing you for entering a kos and leaving.
