NLR: It is 3 minutes. You don't have good knowledge of the rules, do you? And you need to give an example.

RDM: No. It's not always 'just for fun' - think logically, someone kills someone for a reason that is not RP valid.

If you hear information about someones base then you get your friends to raid it when you have no ingame proof.

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
Warn Them or if its a mass NLR Then a hour ban

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
If it was one kill A warning but if more I would Give out Bans Appropriately from getting an admins advice
