Tell them what NLR is along with a warning, then a kick. Afterwards, I just go to the admin/superadmin/higher rank for further assistance to whether they will be banned temporarily or not.

Teach them what RDM is, Kick them; afterwards I go to Admin/Superadmin for more assistance.

No, you would go to both players listen to the story from both players. Then you would warn the player that RDM'ed. If they RDM Again warn them, if they do it again warn them. But, if they mass rdm on there 2nd warning a 2880 min ban.

Can you be online atleast three/four days a week for atleast a few hours those days?
Possibly.

Nope. If this is a maturity test or voice test. I can prove I am a mature and low voiced person.

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (atleast 150 words)
Let me start off with the fact that I was on the server and seeing no admins or moderators doing anything to stop rule-breaking while people whined in OOC and I saw a propclimber. Now you say: "Well, they should of made a request on the forums."No. There are enough admins and moderators on to help everybody. I counted at least 5. Unlike others, instead of being AFK and just rping, I'll actually help out. I'm not trying to offend or anger other admins. I am just being honest with everybody. My point being is you either need some more admins to help or at least tell staff to get their shit together. I am sorry but once again, I am being honest. I believe that you should encourage extra admins, or create new ranks. Right now as I play GMOD, there ARE indeed admins who are acting. I will try my best as an admin to help out around.

You seem offly sure about yourself, Most of our Admins and Moderators are Very Good at what they do.
And I think we have too many as it is.

Yes. I have hung out with a lot of people and created gangs and raids with cops. The server is really fun. This is all why I believe I should be admin.

Morgan, please dont tell him what to do in a RDM situation, the whole point of the question is to state how he would handle it. There isn't a completely right way to handle rdm, different admins handle stuff different. Morgan, to be clear. The question is "What would you do if a player breaks RDM?" the sitation is if he actually broke it, not if someone claim he did. It was both of you, but keep that out of your moderator application please. P.S I was across the street teaching a player how to rp and Bane can back that up.

It was not both of us. I hesitated because you guys were nowhere near the base.
