and the rules i broke before were ones that i did not know were not allowed

thinking back i cant remember last time i broke a rule, think its was an mod who was a cop, who had a bounty i killed him then he warned me reason: dont kill mods, i started complaining in ooc but that mod didint respond at all (HE KNEW HE FAIL WARNED ME) he was a cop, a POPO he raided buildings and stuff not a mod on duty

but i never break rules that is my own fault i dont walk up to ppl and rage dm them

but i still cant belive i got a warning for killing a cop, that was mod that was rp-ing that had bounty as cop getting mad for me killing him for bounty and did not respond in ooc i dont remember who it was but his voice sounded like he was not that old around 10 (No offence)

I've seen you break rules sometimes.
You sometimes take matters into your own hands when someone are breaking the rules instead of calling admin.

i try to help people as much as i can if someone asks for help in ooc chat i would answer (like questions about fading doors)

I've seen you on the server alot, I'll credit you for being active.
However, I've never seen you help anyone in the ooc chat.

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers: ? (atleast 150 words)
I dunno but

i try to help people as much as i can if someone asks for help in ooc chat i would answer (like questions about fading doors) I am not the person that is like: I will just let someone else do it, NO if i see someone asking something I will answer! when i was a noob i remember asking for a bit help on fading doors i asked about 5 times and server count was close to 80 but no 1 answered, Then finaly after long time an mod joined server and instantly answered my question! (i was so happy i finaly had my first home because of him) so yeah i want to be like him and help people with stuff AND punish the rulebreakers i am very often online early when no admins/mods and the server is like the old west people are like: NO ADMINS=NO RULES that has always bugged me so if i would to become a mod i could punish rule breakers while other mods/admins sleep!

so i want to help as much as I can !

Other then that, nothing seems to be wrong with the app, (excusing the harsh grammar, but I see 'English' isn't one of your mastered languages, even though it is preferred seeing as most players are English speaking.)

Though as for your in game behavior, it rather puts me in a confused state of mind. Your application states that you're this 'really nice player' when I've clearly seen you previously breaking rules, taking matters into your hands (As Silent already stated.) and seemingly having a short temper, after seeing one of your previous outbursts upon someone breaking a rule. (Yelling in all capitals, and being slightly abusive towards moderators if you do not get your own way.)

I do believe, however, that people can change. And so far, I've not seen you change a bit from all the time that I've seen you on the server. So while this application is up, I will keep a close eye on you to see that you do indeed change, and not just put on an act in front of moderators and admins.

Though for now, I'm unfortunately going to have to give this a -Support until I see any improvement in your behavior and social skills. (And not by kissing up to the moderators/admins.)

When you die you you cant go back to the place you died at (home or base or just anywhere) for atleast: 3 minutes, example: You are a Police officer (POPO) and you find a apartament with drugs and when you have battered the door (after you got a warrant) the owner of house shoots you to protect his drugs, then you come back like 10 seconds later trying to raid him, DIE come back Die come back.... That is breaking of nlr and you dont remember anything that happened in the last life

You kill someone for no reason (Mad), Example: You raid a base alone and get some nice loot!

person you raided walks up to you (later) and kills you for raiding him 30 min ago.

You kill someone for an invalid RP reason. You also never said in your example if the person you raided died or not.

What deoes metagaming mean? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Pretty hard to explain but Example: You use ooc chat to say: COME COME TO MY NEW GUN STORE COME! you get an advantage over others

You should've explained it either way. Metagaming is using IC in OOC.
