3.5 hours? This implies you joined, and made an application right away.

What server you wish to get a rank on?

That isn't a rank. You also have to say which server, and you have to start out as moderator.

For example i kill someone because they are in my shop, and there has been no RP interaction whatsoever.

Actually, there is a rule, saying you are allowed to kill anyone in your house.

What does metagaming mean? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Metagaming is using info from OOC, and using it IC. Meaning you use PM's for example to arrest someone, or to find their location.

I know 3,5 hours isn't allot.. But i think a good admin/moderator should do a good job because he really likes to do what he apply's to do. Proving myself will be a great thing and i won't let the team down, that's for sure!

Well, I'm not sure with this community. But i think a 'fresh' face, and a 'fresh' admin without knowing some players is probably a good addition to the team. I'm a good teamplayer, likes a joke and hopefully i can prove that to you, and i really hope i can help out as an staff recruiter, as i do this as a real life job as-well in the police force.

Knowing the players is a good thing, not bad. Not knowing the players implies you have not bonded with the community.
Your job in real life does not matter with this question.

I would like you to improve the questions such as metagaming.
And bond with the community more.
