1st. It's Agent that decided to not promote any of the old paid mods before i got home from vacation (yes, i put the blame on him). But i am not really against it. We have our reasons for doing this though, but i will not go into detail as this information is painfull to get out in a way that scottie wont just argue about it for the rest of our lives.

2. I have to agree with smallville and everyone else. Get more playtime and try again. Next time i would like you to spend more time on the application and in the server so poeple could recognized you.

Promoting friends? I would like to know who we promoted just because they are our friends.
Everyone but Samuel were old ZARP Staff, and the majority were PERP admins.
