My name is Smallville for starters.
I'm 17 years old as I stated before.
I like to RP, although you will only see me on duty on RP for now.
I like to play tennis, and that's pretty much all you need to know.

Why do you want to be an admin / mod?
I will help people as much as I can, I will act friendly to all players, I will never disrespect them.
I will not break any rules, I will be polite and follow the rules.
I do not feel there is much to say here, as that's what I want to do.

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (atleast 150 words)
My added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers is
Understanding that being a moderator/admin is a privilege and that it should be used to it's full extent, meaning I should never ignore an opportunity to solve a problem. I can understand rules and enforce them.
Understanding that it is crucial for moderators and administrators to be respectful and polite in-game to ensure a friendly environment.
That I need to be active on the forums.
That I need to be active in-game.
That I should not join the game frustrated to make blind decisions I know I would later regret.
Even though I do not think I will ever be frustrated.
That I know it is better to notify someone of higher rank of an exploit or another administrator/moderator abusing with evidence.

Yes, I've had enough community bonding.
I have met many people on DarkRP, and also met some people on TTT.

I will not answer this.

Simply because there is no training.

Knowledge of the rules

What means RDM? Give atleast 1 example situation.
RDM means "Random Death Match".
You randomly kill a player for an invalid reason.
Example situation: I will make an example for TTT.
Smallville is an innocent.
Smallville walks around, and he looks at a minecart.
Then suddenly he got shot in the head by another innocent.

Consequences
What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
If a player broke RDM, I would firstly ask him precisely why he did that.
If he would not answer me, or start getting disrespectful, i will give him an warning.
If he would answer me, and say it was an accident.
I would give him an warning.
If he did answer me, but trying to hide it, i would keep asking questions until he would admit.
And I would give an warning.
If he did not admit, I would ask if anyone saw it, or if there is proof.[/align:1mchqwqh]
