Have you ever been administrator/moderator on any other communities?
Where to get started. I have played minecraft for over 2 years. Owning over 5 servers and moderating countless amounts. I have also moderated my friends garrys mod server. It had averagely about 30 players and needed constant moderating.

My servers have been big and it got to the 17th best in the world. I was also rolling out new updates and supporting the community.

What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Nlr: New life rule
Going back to where you died to reclaim your stolen items
If you was being raided and you walked back to the house to shoot them resulting in getting your items back.

What means RDM? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Rdm is a abbreviation of: Random Deathmatch. Killing a player randomly on the streets.
Example: Walking up to someone and just shooting them because your in their way.

What means metagaming? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Meta-Gaming is using ooc chat to talk about ingame things. Example: if you was being raided and in occ you typed: "Back me up guys were being raided at the apartments."

Consequences

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
I would approach the player kindly first time with a warning. After that it would not be tolerated and a kick would be given. Failure to comply will result in a ban.

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
In my mind RDM is a stupid offence. I would strictly not tolerate it and issue warnings continuation on this offence will end in a ban.

Do you have a microphone?
Yes. However my ingame mic isnt very good. I think its a garrys mod bug because its fine for everyone else.

Can you be online at-least three/four days a week for at-least a few hours those days?
Course. I have played every day since i joined till i went to bed. I realise that server needs administrating and i love helping the server.

Are you older then 13?
Sure am. 14 But mature.

If you don't follow the rules yourself you will get demoted and banned if needed you understand, you will dedicate to a training program and have answered each questions personally. Copied applications will be denied at once. Do you understand?
This is a very fair system and i would never break rules. I have never done it before and dont intend to anytime soon.

Will you respect all players in both respect as disrespectful behavior?
Indeed. I will support all players, new and old. I dont like to shout i prefe to keep the game more enjoyable for the whole community

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (at least 150 words)
I bring alot of knowledge to the server in many ways. Having over 3 days of garrys mod perp server gameplay time i have been on every single server. I also have Minecraft administrating experience which i hope will help me. Im also on alot. I played 24 hours over the last two days. My response time is quick and i love helping others.

I also have experience with angry players. I keep calm and get both sides of the opinions on arguments. I surely hope that i demonstrated how i will help the server

Have you had enough community bonding so far?
Indeed. I have played on the server for over a day and have joined many clans.Firstly I have acomplished the fact of helping noobs in ooc chat by redirecting them for admin help.

Seems like a very solid application, knew his stuff, have played with him and would love to see him on the Zarp admin team +support

I like you LoG_monster and I think you're a nice all around guy. I see admin potential in you but I'd like to see you around for another week so I can weigh you up so to speak.
In this sense, you're accepted on a prohibition basis. I'll be inducting you into next weekends trainee's as opposed to that of this weeks.
