What means metagaming? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Metagaming is when a person uses OOC information that a character in-game would not know; A player is growing drugs and Police Officer or S.W.A.T sees the leaves of the plants through a wall and breaks into the player growing drugs and arrests them.

Metagaming is using IC information in OOC, the example is not metagaming.

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
Give them one warning, Explain to them exactly what NLR is (even tho they should know) If the player breaks NLR again, Ill kick, If that player joins back after kick and continues to break NLR or any other rule, Ill contact admin or start a voteban.

(OOC) Smallville: Blizzard he broke nlr warn him please
(OOC) Blizzard: Okay
Blizzard teleports to smallville, and brings the other person.
Blizzard: Okay, random guy this is what NLR means "etc"
Blizzard gives him one warning.
Maybe this is better?
(OOC) Smallville: Hey, blizzard, this guy broke NLR can you come to me?
(OOC) Blizzard: Yeah sure
Blizzar: What happened?
Smallville: Well, i was raiding him, and killed him. Then 2 min later, he killed me while i was making my own base, isn't that revenge RDM? Which is also NLR?
Blizzar: Random guy, did you kill him after 2 minutes?
Random guy: yes blizzard he killed me so i killed him back haha
Blizzar gives Random guy a warning, and explains what NLR means.
And if he broke NLR for a OOC reason, he would be allowed.

Yes, I really do enjoy playing on the Dark rp server, It's a shame because everytime I play, There is always someone who ruins the game by breaking simple rules. It's even worse when most of the mods won't do anything about it. But hopefully, I'd like to change that.

Did you see the server back online, decided to join for an hour, and make an application, because on old zarp you were a mod, so you think like this:
Blizzard: Hey! zarp is back on, let's get mod back!!
Play more, i doubt any of us have ever seen you before on revived zarp.

Have you had enough community bonding so far? Like what?
Yes, I earned some friends by playing on the server.

Who are you?
You're a new player, from old zarp, that joined and made an application, why don't you actually join for a couple of weeks, and try and meet everyone, instead of meeting 2 guys, and making in application.
