NLR is new life rule, after your death you forget everything. So basically if I raided a guy and he came back and shot me after i had killed him.
Rdm=Random Death Matching. So if a guy was to walk up to me and shoot me, despite having no reason to/no rp reason.
Metagaming is speaking in character in the out of charcter chat E.g (OOC) Alpha tiger: Need health right now!
If someone breaks nlr they would be warned, if they broke it enough they could be kicked and maybe banned.
If someone is rdming, they will be warned. If it is a mass rdm/constant rdm after warning they could be kicked and depending on the severity of the offence maybe banned.

Can I be on 3/4 days a week for a few hours? Yes, but I won't/can't follow a system like coming on at a set day for a set time as I do play other games/Meet friends/Chill/Get ill etc etc...

If you don't follow the rules yourself you will get demoted and banned if needed you understand, you will dedicate to a training program and have answered each questions personally. Copied applications will be denied at once. Do you understand? I understand.

I shall respect players equally and with respect, but I can't promise I won't get angry from time to time.

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (atleast 150 words)

I think I could bring not only the extra help that could be needed but another person to ask something about. I'll try to help the loads of players that come one and need help, and I will try to calm down people and enforce the rules of the server. On top of this, I could bring another mod who actually listens to the player and doesn;t just ignore them because they are 'just a player'. I could bring respect and maybe some fun to the community, and i will try my best to help every player and person who needs that help.

Have you had enough community bonding so far? Like what?
To be honest? not much. I recognize players and even chat with some, but not much overall.

What do you expect from your mentor/training (atleast 150 words)?

I expect to be taught how to deal with people who aren't co-operating/minging/trolling. I also expect to be taught all about how to help players to the full extent, and of course how to use all the tools i need to use, as well as commands. I expect I will be told about anecdotes about how the mentor has dealt with the 'bad guys' of rp(lol, that was the best I could think of) I expect i will be taught about how to treat every player, like use of language and respect. Hopefully, I'll be taught how to maybe get a promotion in the future

I think you are a nice guy in game, but based on your app I do not know if you are moderator material.

P.S. Try to make an application as formal as possible so don't put things like (lol) in it, as well as making it look good and using proper grammar and punctuation.

The nobody is perfect thing is a weird thing to say, I mean why say 1-10 if you can't get 10? thanks for the showing of mistakes though willy, good to have something to learn from if this one is denied and I apply in the future thanks for reading it though!
