What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (atleast 150 words)
I would help people who's having trouble with roleplaying, make sure minges or trolls stays away from the server and try my best to make everyone happy. If they don't follow rules i will explain to them and hopefully it won't happen again. I will be online for alot of hours daily.

Huh? Didn't they say apart from taking care of grievers? Did you not have time enough to get 150 words?

What do you expect from your mentor/training (atleast 150 words)?
I have been a staff member for a long time, so i know alot. But ofcourse i don't know everything. I want to learn how to make people happy even though something bad has happened to them.

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
Explain what he/she did wrong, if then doesn't learn from what i told them it will result in a kick.

I'd suggest giving them a warning first, and ask if they broke NLR for an OOC reason.

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
I would explain what he did wrong, if he doesn't learn from what i told them i would kick them. Still doesn't learn, ban for 10 minutes.

I'd suggest talking to them both for a while, asking what happened etc, usually more rules broken come out.
And i'd suggest giving a warning first, and mods cant ban.
