Yes, I am currently a Super Admin on =TPS= Gaming servers, a Roleplaying server you might be familiar of. I started out there a couple months ago, and after a while of experience about RP I decided to apply for mod, eventually after a couple months I became an admin, and recently I earned my rank as a Super Admin through my length of experience with Garry's Mod Roleplay.



What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
NLR, also known as New Life Rule, is a rule in which a player dies he is forbidden to remember anything that happened in his past life. He is also forbidden to return to the area in wich he died in. For example, you died because you were killed by a raider in your base. The person who died would grab a weapon and immediately go straight back to the spot in wich he died, and kills the raider. That would be breaking the New Life Rule and is punishable.

What means RDM? Give atleast 1 example situation.
RDM, or Random Death Match, is when a person is killed randomly out of no where for no apparent reason. For example, a man stands in the middle of a street, another man walks up to with with a gun, the man with the gun shoots the man to death. That is a very serious rule in most RP servers.

What means metagaming? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Metagame is when you learn something about another player in an unfair way. For example, seeing guns through walls, seeing printer sparks through walls, someone tellings something about someone else in OOC, etc.

Consequences

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
Depending on severity, I with enough evidence, I would ban the player for 30-120 minutes, if it was really severe, a day or two.

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
If a player RDM's, the least amount of ban time would be an hour, but if it was serious, it could length from days, weeks, or permanent.



Do you have a microphone?
Currently, no. But I am planning to get once, if it is needed.

Can you be online atleast three/four days a week for atleast a few hours those days?
Of course. I am dedicated to helping the community any time I am needed.

Are you older then 13?
Yes... again I am 15

I plan to treat players more respectfully as I am not a very mean person.



What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (atleast 150 words)
In this community, I am hoping to make new friends, and help new players turn into what I can become today. I want to get to know the community better and gain respect from others. I wish to help others proceed through the server and understand the rules as well as they should. I am planning to start being active on the forums and make conversation with others. I would like for this server to become a better place for you and for me, to help ZARP Gaming thrive through success even with greif. I am here today not because I want to, but because I think I need to. Lastly, I just want to help, most of all. Ever since I got involved in Garry's mod, I just wanted to be something bigger than just a user. Hopefully all that has convinced you enough to earn this position!

Hopefully I've got to know almost everyone in this community. So my answer is a very vague yes.

What do you expect from your mentor/training (atleast 150 words)?
In my mentor / training routine, I'm going to expect higher admins teaching me about the basic rules and ban offenses.

1. you didn't say what server you wanted rank on - You just said Admin.
2. You should aim for MOD, before Admin.
3. A few days, how much is that? Is it 3 days x 2 - 3 hours?

So maybe you should wait some time, and get to know the community better.
