Few mistakes in your application, don't rate your english 10, it's called being cocky.

What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
New Life Rule. If you are raiding someone and they kill you, you cant go back there for another 3 minutes.

No example situation.

What means RDM? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Random Deathmatch. If you kill someone randomly for no reason.

No example situation.

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
Give him/her a warning and kick them, then I would ban for 5-10 mins if he/she does it again.

Well, you will not ask him/her WHY that player broke NLR?
Because if he broke it for an Non-RP reason - OOC they're allowed to break NLR.

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
Depends, if he/she has only killed one person let him/her off with a warning and kick them and if they do it again ban for 30-60mins. If they killed multiple people it will be a straight up ban for 60mins +.

What i would suggest you to do, is firstly, do not warn straight away, people will dislike you.
And secondly, you should've asked both sides what happened.

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers? (atleast 150 words)
I will make everyone happy. I will also bring a lot of popularity because i have a lot of friends from recent servers. Also I will make sure you know about admins abusing their powers and privlages. I will also help young players on how to play and all the basics of the game and server. Every time someone asks for help I will be there straight away! Also i think being admin on this server would help boost my knowlage of the game and server.

What do you expect from your mentor/training (atleast 150 words)?
I have almost learnt everything i need to know but i'm sure you will have some new and improved things i can learn about and i also expect nice mentours that speak slowly and clearly.(i know this isnt 150 words but i have already learnt a lot).

This is not 150 words, and these 150 word questions Ãsn't all that matters, but it matters a bit.

Have you had enough community bonding so far? Like what?
I have not had the opportunity to bond with many people so far but i have had time to bond with Dennis7211997.

You should've bonded with more people than 1, instead of making an application right after you meet a mod.

Metagaming is where something happens when it normally wouldn't in real life

Metagaming means using IC information in OOC. Not where something happens when it normally wouldn't in real life.

Honestly, I don't think he put enough effort into this application.
