Your application is good.
But when i went on duty, you were one of the guys that broke several rules today, i had to warn you twice, and i saw someone else also warn you one or twice.

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
Give them 1-2 warning(s), if they repeat then kick.

Okay, so you wouldn't bring both players to you, if there were 2 players, and firstly ask him/them why he/she broke NLR? Instead you warn them right away. And why would you give 2 warnings for NLR? You can't give Warning 1: NLR then Warning 2: NLR for the same thing.
NLR is allowed to break under OOC reasons. If for example he died by killing himself with a prop, he may return.
And other OOC reasons.

What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
NLR is the New Life Rule, it means you are not able to return to the place that you died in until the end of the NLR timer. This is for roleplay reasons as you are IC (In-Character) so your character must forget about what happened before he died.

You won't bring both sides to you, and ask both of them what happened? And if it was for an OOC reason? If they broke NLR for an OOC reason they're allowed.
And you wont ask for witnesses/proof either?

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
Warn them and if it's multiple RDM or repeat offence then kick.
(If mass RDM I would kick and inform an Admin of their SteamID to ban them.)

I'd suggest bringing them both to you, ask what happened to both of them, if they have witnesses/proof, not if you see in console that the RDMer was a mutant above though, with that knowledge you do not need witnesses/proof.
But i'd suggest to do what i just said. Not insta warn. Just believing someone's words isn't everything.

Have you had enough community bonding so far? Like what?
I've played both the cop and criminal side of the game, I love the community in ZARP as there is such a variety of different people I have met, some not so pleasant but respect still must be shown to those!

When you're online, you rarely talk in OOC. You never help/respond to a player with a question either. So i don't think you have the social skills.

If you had player skills, you wouldn't have that many complaints about you in F1, because a few days ago, i had to warn you twice, and someone else also warned you twice. Sure, mistakes can happen, they're human. But not if you keep getting complaints about you at night in F1.

Edit: Just found out it's 1 week, however I still have a question: Upon receiving the 'Moderator' rank, are things like the help panel etc. given with the change of usergroup? Thanks.
