Yes during the down time of Zarp I was moderator at urban gamers, as well as I was a moderator before zarp shut down; I was also a Mod at CCgaming.

What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
NLR: New life rule, this basically means you are given a new life upon death (for three minutes and then you magically remember everything ). An example of this: I was raiding with illumanti and then I get shot and die, for three minutes I cannot return to the point of death or interact with anything that have they benefited from the raid (such as printers).

What means RDM? Give atleast 1 example situation.
RDM: Random death match, this basically means you've killed someone for no apparent reason; an example of this: I see a hobo sitting in the street minding his business, I kill him for no reason at all, this would be rdm. More complex aspect of this would be if I said the road outside my base is KOS and I kill anyone who walks upon it, this would be RDM as well.

What means metagaming? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Meta-gaming basically means using OUT OF CHARACTER (OOC) information in normal RP, an example of this would be: I'm basing with my fellow gangsters, I decide i'm going to leave but before I do I go "/ooc The code for the base next to spawn is 4567, this would be meta-gaming as I was giving out RP information in OOC.

What would you do if a player breaks NLR?
I would first make sure if the player has definitely broken NLR (by checking the NLR timer), if the player has broken NLR I would /warn and then tell the player kindly not to this again, if the player procedures to keep breaking NLR I would keep warning them until they stop. I would also ask if they knew what NLR was; if they didn't know I would explain it to them.

What would you do if a player breaks RDM?
I make sure that the player has definitely RDMED, if so I will /warn for RDM - if the player continues to RDM I will continue to warn them for every time they do it until they are temporarily banned, if they did not know what RDM is I would tell to do !Motd and I would give a brief description of what it is.

My plea for moderation

What is your added value to the community apart from taking care of grievers?
My added value to the community is that I will be on a lot and even on at night so I can take care of the late night rule breakers and keep the server steady, I've also got a kind personality and in some case's will be lenient when it comes to kick/warning. I also really like R-ping and would like to share that with everyone else, I will also never swear or annoy anyone on the server and will treat everyone how I want to be treated (the same). Another value I will add to the community is that I can help with German speakers, my German isn't brilliant but can be understood (ask Daniel), I also know some of the commands already (being a higer rank on a lot of servers and I know how to moderate)and decrease training a bit but there is always new stuff to learn.

Have you had enough community bonding so far?
Yes, plenty of it been on the servers for long enough!

What do you expect from your mentor/training?
From my training I expect to be taught all the commands I available to and any additional stuff I missed off my Application, I also want some experience (tagging along with a admin and see what you have to do in different situations) – and I will learn from this and use it myself in different situations and give me some good experience. Also this will help me know more about the staff and learn how to deal with all type of experiences!Another thing I expect from my training is to be told about my mistakes and how to correct and try not to make anymore mistakes again, this would help me greatly. I also expect to be taught on how to deal on more complex situations if they ever come along.
