I remember you used to be a moderator when I was, back in the old ZARP during the reign of Scottie.
You seemed like you did a fine job back then and I'd love to see you back on the team. You were so heartbroken when ZARP was closed way back~ I vaguely remember the steam IMs you sent me.

I hate to see you so frustrated with people when they break the rules and you remain powerless to lay down the law. This needs to change.
