I think you should get some more playtime. and you haven't wrote any specifik ZARP - ingame time. And if 146 hours on ZARP is what you ment i think that is wrong. Never seen you so.

You've not put your full name in the request. You didnt know that you have a current rank on the server, that problably is newbie. You dont seem to know the rules very well and some of the were wrong.
