Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I have been a moderator for months & have gained a lot of experience throughout that time. I think I should have applied sooner but didn't bother as long as I could help moderate the server & keep it fair & nice for everybody.
Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
In a situation where a certain individual is exploiting or attemptng to no clip or crash the server, or if they keep repeating racist slurs or taunts consistently. & if they have been proved to be hacking or cheating on the server.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Firstly I would say get as much information as possible concerning anything that needs moderation, aswell as get to know server rules & policies before you engage yourself in a certain situation where you don't know what to do or to avoid putting yourself in a sticky situation. Secondly get familiar with your moderator tools & functions & xgui & be fast & accurate with them, be sure to mute the right person. If 2 people had the same or a close name make sure you differentiate between them with their steam ID, if you suspect a person is ghosting enable checkspecnotify, if you suspect anyone is cheating immediately send an anticheat & keep a close eye on the kill feed. Follow certain hunters or spectate them if you suspect any of them cheating or killing props in a very short time without the effort of checking props. If they see themselves in a situation where they don't know what to do then ping other staff members in discord or in game.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would contact the staff member who banned them & get informed on why they gave them that punishment & check what they did & for how long they've been exploiting the server, I would also check the reports if they are mentioned there & would handle their appeal accordingly with all of that information.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
Well I have been a mod for some time & I am not going to be here forever so why not get promoted for the time being. Also since the lack of administrators & the surplus of moderators I think it is only appropriate for me to be promoted.
Damn you guys really want me to write another 100 words again. My brain hates talking, especially explaining stuff I want to do or why I do it... anyway, I think I have contributed exponentially to the server's fair play & clean environment as long as I was around & handled a lot of situations since my first day as a moderator & since the prophunt community is growing right now & the server lacks an administrator so I thought to myself I should apply.

There's no way I'm gonna let my brain be squeezed for more of my juicy literature, I know you like it, I know, but no, enough. You can count what I wrote in the previous section if you're bored, I'm sure it's less than a 100.
