Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: although i am applying straight to administrator, my time as a moderator in the past has built my experience in being a staff member on this server. it has helped me to become more confident and to deal with harder situations more effectively.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command is if two people are consistently ghosting without stopping after multiple reprimands. after a private message, warn and a kick, if they are still ghosting and breaking the rules, i would give them a ban of up to 2 days.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): i have a huge amount of experience in this server, nearing 700 hours. i am active, i am friendly and am willing to help out the server with my role. when i was a staff member in the past, i was very likeable and approachable and i did my job very well. i handled in-game commotion and situations accordingly and fairly. i am willing to rejoin the staff team, feeling more mature than the past to handle situations and keep the server clean.
