Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
-Multiple recent punishments, the length of the ban can also depend on how reoccurring their rulebreaking is and whether they acknowledge their wrongdoings
-Crashing/lagging the server, should be dealt with by a permanent ban such as prop spam, stacking entities to create lag, etc.
-Mass RDM, typically should be dealt with by jail however using the ban command can also be an option here depending on the extent and situation.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
In the F1 menu, it will open a list of reports done by players. When you right click on a report, you have the following options: Handle the F1 or mark it as spam. Let's start off with handling the F1, once you click on that you will be given the following options: Goto (Teleports you to the player, which is done first of all when you start handling an F1), Bring the player (Teleports the player to you) and mark as finish. Once you have finished handling an F1, you will need to open the F1 menu and right click the F1 you are currently handling then click Mark as finish.
Next, there is a tab called Warnings. This shows you all of the warnings that were given to the player and who gave the warning, these get reset every server restart. You can warn or unwarn a player there but it's more recommended to use the warn command that we will go through.
The next tab is the logging! This is really important since it shows everything that has happened ever since you joined the server. Note that this should be used for F1 report/rulebreak purposes only.
You can also see who has active NLR's in the last tab and where the NLR is located.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would request for Player A to calm down and to not use verbally abusive language. Should they still refuse to comply, a voice/chat timeout would be the most sufficient option here.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
Hello player x! I have taken a look at your appeal and have came to the conclusion to accept this appeal! Your ban has been reduced to a week and one hour. Please make sure you read the rules here.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I should be promoted as I have shown complete capability of handling my duties on the server with ease and have been actively handling a lot of reports coming in. I have sometimes had to ask for an admin+ to takeover to punish people sometimes as I do not have access to some commands that I could really utilise, as well as making staffing much easier with the access of noclip, physgun player perms, and so on. I have past experiences serving as a former SSRP HA/CM so I am already aware of the principles of what it takes to be a staff member, such as knowing the ethos and already being fully aware of when it is appropriate to utilise particular commands admins have access to.
