Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
--Mass RDM---
User 1: *Enters spawn and kills 5 users for no valid roleplay reason*
User 2, User 3, User 4, User 5, User 6 proceed to report him
Admin: *Checks Logs*
Admin: *Sees that User1 killed 5 users within a short period of time with no valid rp reason*
Admin: *Bans user1 for 4 days, Reason MRDM*
---Mass NLR---
User 1: *Commits to a Bank Raid*
Police1: *Kills bank raider*
User1: *Goes back to bank to kill cop*
Police2: *Kills previous bank raider again for killing cop*
User1: *Returns yet again to kill Police2*
Polce1: *Reports User1 for breaking NLR*
Police3: *Kills bank raider yet again*
User1: *Returns once again to attempt to kill police3 and dies once again*
User1: *Fails to rdm police3 and dies*
Admin: *Sees that User1 broke NLR 4 times and RDM'd*
Admin: *Bans user1 for 7 days, Reason MNLR, MRDM*
---Scamming---
User1: FT3 /roll 666 , 2b V 2b SRA
User2: Agree

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
---Reports---
Highlights all of the reports created by users.
This is where you get your F1's UP!
---Logs---
Shows the Time, Category and Log
I can see text screens which were placed down, Kills which occurred, The jobs people change to, If someone left the server, If someone is breaking NLR, If someone joined the server, if someone dropped money, If a hit was placed, If someone was Defibbed ETC.
I can use this to punish people for things such as RDM, NLR, Racism, Homophobia and much more.
---Punishments---
Shows the recent punishments which occurred, how many recent punishments someone had been given and their name and STEAMID.
---NLR---
Highlights active NLR that a user has, the players name, the district and the time left on their NLR.
---Activity---
I can use this to keep track of my progress on hitting the F1 Count
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
As the witness I verbally tell Player A to stop and teleport to an admin area so that I can move my administrative duties in a more peaceful area. If this is not an option then I would mute Player A for 10 Minutes however if the verbal abuse escalates to being offensive such as racism / homophobia then he will be warned or banned depending on the situation.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would ensure that I would speak to the administrator who banned him. Id ask for the Admin for his opinion on the situation to see if the appeal is redeeming enough and then if both me and the administrator agree the person who is appealing should be forgiven to an extent of an unban, they will be unbanned and the appeal would be accept.
Else, If the admin disagreed and stated the person who is appealing should stay banned (May it be due to his behaviour and attitude) then the appeal would be denied and the appealer would be asked to wait out his ban or appeal at a later date.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
In my opinion, I have gained a grasp of the moderator role and I have taken to understanding how to deal with simple situations and would like to advance further and support the community more. Instead of asking administrators to ban someone I would be able to ban a major rulebreaker myself. The extra set of commands given to me will be beneficial and would be used to serve the community some justice from rulebreakers. I have a very different time zone to other administrators and I am available during times most administrators are not. I have witnessed this myself as I have had to deal with major rulebreakers with only the commands I was available with. My 3,000 Hours of GMOD alone have been solely on Dark RP and I have been playing on multiple servers across the past 4 years. On previous servers I had been able to achieve high ranks on Dark RP servers such as a senior administration and Staff Management on servers which have been closed. I have also had ZARP admin experience on the Surf server when I had been on my path to redemption. Being an admin on a ZARP server wouldn't be something majorly new to me. I am a very friendly person assuring you that I have the ability to guide a new player and make their experience better than being lost and unsure what to do.
