Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
- A user participates in scamming.
When a user scams another player's items, cash, or booster packs, the user that scams should be banned permanently until the items/cash/boosters are provided to the user or Lead Team.
- A player has a bunch of recent punishments and continues to rule break.
When a user has a lot of recent punishments, it shows they don't intend on roleplaying or following the rules, when they have excessive punishments and continue to rule break, it is acceptable to ban the user for a reasonable amount of time.
- A user is being disruptive to other players in RP. Mass RDMing, Mass racism, and general minge behavior.
When players join the server for the sole purpose of being disruptive and do not stop when punished, it is acceptable to ban the player for an acceptable length of time.
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
Reports
In this section, you find all the active reports made by players, together with info such as the time it was made, the reason the player's name who made the report, and the admin who is handling the report.
Logs
In this section, you find all the logs such as kill logs, join/leave logs, job change logs, and more.
Punishments
In the punishments section, you find how many recent punishments each player on the server has.
NLR
In the NLR section, you find all the active NLR zones that players have, and if they are currently breaking NLR.
Activity
In the activity section, you can see how many weekly f1s every staff member has and how long they have been on the server in total and weekly.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
If user A is verbally abusive while I am doing my job, I would ask them to stop. If they continue to disrupt my duties while being verbally abusive to me, I would mute the user. If they kept going once their mute has ended, I would explain to them why it resulted in a mute and warn them against continuing.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
After carefully reading the user's appeal, I would discuss the punishment with the admin who banned the person. This would depend on if the admin is still on the staff team, I would consider their apology and the fact they admitted to the punishment. If the user has been banned for a good length of time, I would possibly lower their ban and tell them to re-read the rules for their return to the server.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted as,
I actively deal with rulebreakers and f1s while on the server, taking the time out of my RP to deal with them. I am friendly and consistent to players on the server, while also helping newer players with anything they need. I am active most days especially when the player count goes up, ready to help with any potential issues the users may experience.
I feel that me being an admin would greatly improve the quality of roleplay that players would experience due to being able to more effectively deal with rulebreakers and issues that players could be experiencing.
