When would it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
The use of the ban command is appropriate when, someone is being racist /homophobic towards others, making inappropriate comments, ignoring staff/disrespecting staff on multiple occasions.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
My times as staff have been definitely enjoyable and fun as it should be, but that didn't mean that it was completely smooth sailing; as I have had my fair share of mic spammers, bug abusers, exploits which I felt I dealt with fairly and I believe that it is reflected well onto the community.
Why I should be promoted
I have improved on my activity since last week as that is what was advised for me to do and took this advice into consideration and therefore now that I am back I would like to improve my hours/playtime significantly even more than I have this week. As I mentioned last week, I have no intention of leaving in the short term and would like to be apart of the Zarp community for the foreseeable future to help improve and get Deathrun back on its feet where it should be. I will do my best to make it the No.1 Gmod Deathrun Server as I feel as though I am a great candidate for the Admin role as I've had plenty of experience and feel as though I have a good relationship with the staff on the Deathrun Server.
