Time spent with ZARP Gaming?:

Even though it hasn't been a long time since i decided to get involved in the community and give back to it after receiving ton of casual fun as a non interactive bhopper for a while, it has been roughly about 2 years and counting. I am now making up for the lost time and being active in all of the community channels trying to offer my best self and expertise in social matters.

How often do you come on the forums:

I spend most of my day refreshing the forums page to stay in the loop and get the latest news, especially when it comes to supporting my already established position as a Server Applications Section Mod. I also try to keep my interaction with the community at the peek especially lately with work and the kid trying to steal all the glory. I believe my forums activity can be easily matched amongst the most active, considering i am literally refreshing the page on the phone during work, and on the pc when i'm home constantly, and deep diving into topics without even being directly involved nor interested at times, but just to stay on top of things at all times.

Why You?:

As i have already mentioned before, i am an overachiever and a proud individual who finds joy in expressing his opinion and making way towards a goal of improving and developing the community i'm so invested in into the greatest environment possible, and i will boldly say that i'm just starting, since i have so much more to openly give and improve every aspect of this beloved and timeless community.

Skills relevant to these positions that i've practiced in my life are human resources, in higher ranked positions, which include and are not limited to supervising staff, being a leader amongst a close team, training, being responsible for back-end procedures with store and staff financials, schedule making, and many more.

In addition, some skills that i've practiced online, were combined with great success in positions such as content developer in dozens of WoW private servers, and Head Administrator in several of them in combination with full forums moderation and responsibility upon bans & appeals. Most recently, a few years back, i held a position of Head Administrator within a gmod community based off of flood servers, in which i took full responsibility of forums moderation and bans/appeals, but projects as well such as pointshop overhaul with new and individually-scaled onto playermodels's cosmetics and interactive loading screens worked on photoshop.
