Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

Starting off with the basics, i would explain the direction the mouse should face while going on a ramp while also which button to hold in accordance to the side the ramp is located. I’d follow with a suggestion of using a mode to ease the solid establishment and to get a better hold of the movements, such as the unreal mode. An advanced surf tutorial video would be a great option while also explaining a bit how the strafing mechanics work too.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

An immediate cut of comms for a short duration followed by a verbal warning for a start, with a persistent offense giving an official warning with a longer punishment. Further offense escalations would have the equal punishment escalations too.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

Depending on it’s severity, removing them from the exploit location or situation and explaining them how they shouldn’t be practising such behavior, with further offenses bringing official warnings and any required further punishments.
