Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I have done the most to clean up surf leaderboards. no more explenation needed.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:

i encountered a lot of monkeys on crack, screaming into their mic. My solution was turning up my music.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would explain the individual moderator commands to him and will explain when he should use them.

I would tell him:
To execute a command you have to press the Tab key and then go to the user you want to punish (Mute Voice, Mute Chat or Kick) and then click the respective button to execute the command
Mute Chat
Mute Voice
Here you can still select how long the user should be muted 5 sec,5min or 10 min ...
Kick
if you want to kick someone you should at least give a reason

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Id check how long the persons been banned for then tell my gigachad zarp-team about it. We as a moderation team would then together disguss this appeal. If the decision is clear to all of us, we´d decide for the best option.

This testing is important for the improvement and the release of the new gamemode. Dia is one of the most pationate ppl on the zarp surf server. Without his help, a lot of the new features which are implemented in the new gamemode, wouldnt have happened. When testing a 100% new gamemode its not done in just playing a few hrs. We've been testing new features and the gamemode over all for months and even more intensely in the last few weeks. Choosing between the help on the dev server and the active staffing on the live server (which he also does), the dev server outweighs by a lot. I hope that this kind of clears things up.
