Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
First at all I would like to say him Hi and ask does he need some help. If he say yes I would explain him everything and send him a link to the ZARP website where he can check all of the rules and guide how to play bhop.


Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First I would like to tell him that he must to stop that and give him a small warn in text chat. If he doesn't stop I would tgag him or tmute him (5,10mins depends the situation). If after this time he still going to break rules I would kick him with the reason "breaking rules. don't do that again"


Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell him to stop doing that because it against our rules and he can't do this anymore. If he still do that I will kick him with the same reason "breaking rules. don't do that again". If he back and still going to do that I would contact with Admin or Lead Team to ban him because after kick he's back and still doing that despite warns.


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think I should be choosen for this position becouse I'm already Admin on PropHunt that's why i know how to deal with cheaters and toxic players and also I would like to help ZARP server even more than on PropHunt. I know my estimated time is not the best but I know how to deal with staffing and I like this mode so I know that I will stay a long time on this server.
