Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
This role would allow me to engage more actively not only infractions but new players overall in terms of receiving a trustworthy helping hand in a timely manner, which in gamemodes such as bhop and surf, matter even more as it’s more likely they approach new players due to their years-long history.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
The only obstacle i could imagine would be the authority limitation which when needed, it becomes an obstacle as the matter now depends on more than you as a staff member.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Starting off by a warm welcome, i would then give a quick presentation of the community’s history and ethos as it’s the most important aspect of being a staff member, since you are now representing the community itself. I would follow-up a series of function in-game training with allowance of feedback and questions along the way ending with comments mentioning aspects such as being humble and respectful above all.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Once again, such situation require great communication within the team, hence why the first strp would be to discuss the matter with the staff member responsible for the punishment. After evaluating the sevirity of the offence and considering the appeal itself is not a mere ruse to continue without bother, i would explain a decission for or against the appeal and announce it to the staff member respectfyully followed by a formal reply under the thread itself and then handle the remaining procedure in-game.

I find my dedication and ethics to be a perfect fit for having this promotion as my experience with staffing both online and in real life have unlocked for me a skillset appropriate for maintaining and improving a community using it’s best attributes.

Bhop and Surf are siblings in a manner and i can’t imagine a world where i am not giving my full effort into making my two favorite servers a better place for everyone in all aspects.
