Activty
I'm active on the server, and my activity is relatively stable. I keep an eye on handled reports, and also still handle reports when needed. I'm aware of my staff. I help and guide everyone when i see they need it. I do the LT tasks I'm given, and I try to complete them, to the highest degree I can.
I'm active on the forum. I give feedback on applicants and server suggestions. I handle reports and punishment requests whenever i see them. I'm active on the Discord, and I'm always able to respond to anything within a day. I attend every meeting i can.

Dedictation
I've been a staff for a long time. I hold myself to a high standard when staffing. I'm open for all constructive feedback, to better my abilities and knowledge as a staff member. I keep up with server changes, and help bring awareness to issues. I'm open for taking additional responsibilities/duties, that doesn't necessarily have to do with the staffing that happens on the server itself.
I've maintained my positions well, and have never received an official warning or demotion. I have never gone on inactivity as a TTT staff. I don't let myself resign because of disagreements or from being faced with difficult situations. I believe i could maintain my position for about another year if i wanted.

Experience
I have spend many hours staffing on the server, and i have dealt with many situations. I take my time and don't rush through reports or situations. I know to always have proper, 100% clear evidence, before placing my final verdict. I have a good understanding of the rules, policies, ethos, commands and ULX.
I'm very good at catching the mistakes the other staffs and myself make. When i spot a struggling or misbehaving staff i try my best to help and guide them with what to do. I immediately revert/undo misplaced punishments and excuse myself, or the staff member, to the player. If i had the ability to remove warns myself, i could help getting that done faster for the staff.

Talk about situations you’ve had to face as a super administrator.
As an admin i saw a few instances of staff abusing powers. As a Super Admin it's within my domain to do something about it. I have had two instances, so far. In the first instance i just told the staff member to not to place punishments on themselves for fun. In the second and most recent instance, i emergency demoted an abusive/rogue staff member. They were mass banning players. Thankfully, i was on the server at the time and quickly stripped the staff member of their powers, to stop them from banning more players.


Goals
I want to additionally try and get TS/Discord HA, so i can give the newly accepted staff their TS and Discord rank during their training. This includes if I'm the one training, watching over the training, or i'm the only one available at the time of the training.


Other

I could tidy up the LT onenote. This includes things like adding resource links that are missing, highlighting some important text that's easy to glance over and miss, and reorganizing some points which are done out of order.

I could update the TTT Staff Handbook so the commands are listed under the right sections, in the right order, as seen on the server, to not confuse the trainee.

I could help with organizing events.

As a Server Owner and through experimenting with suggestions I have reached a decent sufficiency with GLua.

I could help with testing.

I could help with SWEP/weapon/utilities scripting.

I could help with updates.

I could help with hosting meetings since I have meeting training and is a eligible host.
