How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
The first thing i would do to handle the bullying situation would be to move the "bully" into a seperate channel and talk to him about why he is bullying another member(s) and fully discuss the situation with him. I would give them a verbal warning and ask them to stop. If they continue to bully the victims I will kick them from the teamspeak. This will be their final warning and if they join back and continue they will be banned.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Kick: used to give people who are being mean/disrespectful/racist a timeout
Ban: After the user has been kicked and continues offending people, this feature will be used to give them a long time to think about all the mean things they said and become a better person.
Move: Dragging players into specific channels

I feel like i would be a great teamspeak staff member because i am active on the teamspeak alot. I speak to the majority of the teamspeak staff and the owners often. I am respectful and i have been staff on SSRP before so i can handle most situations appropiately as i have staffing experience. I understand most of the staff permissions and what is expected from being staff.
