Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The F1 menu is used to help staff accommodate the needs of players in need. By using this system, staff have unique access to the following:
Reports
Staff can see all unhandled and reports being handled, when they were made, what they are regarding, and if someone is already attending to them. Only one person can handle a report at a time on the menu. The report will remain until either removed, or marked as completed.
Warnings
Staff can see all recent warnings placed, what they were placed for, and who they were placed on. This system shows who placed the warning, and is typically used for cross-referencing.
Logs
Logs are kept of all significant player activity, primarily relevant information such as arrests, deaths, job changes, and more. This information is vital to the case of some sits, and as such, this can be noted as one of the most important parts.
Active NLR
This tells staff all players that have NLR in specific areas of the map. It's extremely handy if a staff member, or F1-placing player has an NLR-related issue.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
Give Player A the chance to calm down, then mute if continued. There's room for leniency, but then if it carries on after the mute, warn and jail. Let 'em wait it out.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
Assuming the sincerity of their appeal through the candid, detailed nature of their appeal, I'd confer with the staff member who originally banned them, then lift the ban based upon mutual understanding after considerable deliberation.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):

I've been an institution here in ZARP for almost ten years. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and every time I come back, there's always something that keeps me here. After a lot of soul-searching, I believe that I've found that I'm looking to take on more responsibility here in ZARP once again. I've been staff a few times, and always enjoyed it. I've found that there's a lot of good to be done here, but there aren't always enough staff members to help out. If I can be a part of that team, I most certainly will be, and do what I can to assist.
I'm familiar with the rules, I'm trusted by, and familiar to most of the community, and I like looking after everyone like a fussy caretaker. If you'll have me, I'd love to do this again.
