Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Someone is attacking/killing other players for no apparent reason, This is called RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
When someone Dies NLR sets into action, this is to prevent people from going straight back to the place they died causing Role Playing issues and also breaking the rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would start asking questions from both sides to get more information about the report, after more information is acquired il then check the logs (If neccesary) and punish accordingly if needed (Verbal Warning)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
I would take the player causing mass rdm away from everyone else and try to talk with him/her, i would then give them a verbal warning.
If they keep mass rdming after the verbal warning, i would kick them. If the player rejoins and keep mass rdming i would freeze them and contact any available admins.

Why should i be chosen? i Should be chosen for many reasons, i currently work in the healthcare industry and therefore I`m communicating with alot of people every day.
Im easy to talk to and i love helping others, im great at calming different situations down before they happen, I`m also logged in quite often without other moderators on because of my timezone (meaning i will be able to help people when other staff can`t/has something else to do)
I love playing on the server and hanging out with the awesome community, this drives me and my needs forward to help out the best way i can and every opportunity i come across.
i`m all about following the rules and only take action where it is neccesary. I`m also great at separating my personal life and work.
I should also add that i have played with Nafe (A really nice guy) He has given me a recommendation.
