Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: When someone dies NLR set into action this is to prevent people from going straight back to the place and cause bigger issues

You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: i would talk to person responsible alone and make sure it dosent happend again
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
because i have been rdm many times and i dont like it, and i dont want it to happend with others
i personaly play on this server to have fun,and grind

and i wanna make sure people stay on this server and play
i dont want mass-rdm to destroy peoples bonding to this server i wanna make sure everyone like to be here. i hope u guys want me as moderator
